The Advance CTE Fall Meeting will take place in person at:

BWI Airport Marriott
1743 West Nursery Road
Linthicum, MD 21090

The original room block is sold out. We have secured an alternate room block at the Courtyard BWI for a rate of $129. The hotel will provide complimentary shuttle service to/from BWI Airport Marriott.

To book a room, please call Marriott Reservations at 1 (800) 321-2211. Let them know you are with National Association of State Directors of Career Technical Education in order to secure the group rate. 

Reservation Deadline:  September 29 or when room block is filled. Space is limited, so please book early.

Advance CTE’s Fall Meeting will begin at 6 p.m. ET on October 16 and conclude at noon on October 18, 2023. Click the button below for a working agenda! 
All cancellations must be submitted by email to meetings@careertech.org. To receive a full refund, a cancellation request must be received by 11:59 p.m. ET on September 15, 2023. Cancellations received between September 16 and October 2, 2023, will be refunded 50% of the registration fee. Cancellations received starting October 3, 2023 will result in no refund. If a registration has been made and the registration fee is not paid prior to the cancellation request, the registrant is still responsible for any applicable unpaid fees. Meeting no-shows will be responsible for paying the full registration rate. Advance CTE is not responsible for weather-related travel delays, illnesses or other issues in regard to personal travel. No refunds will be given due to these occurrences, once the cancellation window has closed.
